There are always two sides of every Jim Corbett trip. Either you see a tiger or you don’t. Most of the blogs that I read claim to see one, but what happens when you don’t see a tiger? The land – Khasra No 258 spills out the Parisian scent from every nook. This hidden gem is known as ‘Champa Gali’ is located in the Lane no.3 of Saidulajab (a village in Saket). A few years back this place used to be a poultry shed, which is now been transformed into a Parisian passageway all thanks to Mr Jiten Suchede. His stunning carpentry and tea stall (Jugmug Thela) led to the rise of Champa Gali.

The walled city also known as Shahjahanabad during the Mughal reign has always attracted me. This place later came to be known as Old Delhi and is simply chaotic. Narrow lanes, hanging wires, old monuments, crowded markets and tasty street food are few things that perfectly describe it.

“Heaven on Earth” is what people call Kashmir. The princely state lies in the north most part of India residing in the lap of Himalayas. You cannot just visit and see places in Kashmir, you need to feel the beauty and experience them to get the true essence of this place. Located in the heart of the city and running by the side of a 12 km long ridge resides the Mall Road of Shimla. This is the most popular place for the tourists and the busiest commercial area of the city. The mall has everything from hotels to restaurants, heritage buildings to museums, handicraft to antiques. A complete day would be less to explore this amazing place.
